Returns
- You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused, in original condition, and includes original packaging and proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions upon approval. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
- For orders placed through our Volume Purchasing/Wholesale program, all sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable.
Refunds
- Upon receiving your return, we will carefully inspect the item(s). If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item arrives defective or damaged.
- For orders placed through our Volume Purchasing/Wholesale program, all sales are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item, please initiate the return process first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired product. This streamlined approach ensures you receive your replacement promptly.

Damages and Defects
- We take pride in crafting high-quality photo magnets with care. However, if you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We'll promptly evaluate the issue and make it right to ensure your complete satisfaction.
